«The Last King's Legacy - The Complete Guide» was final degree project, which aim was to conceptualise and develop a game guidebook. This turn-based fantasy J-RPG draws inspiration from the Drakengard-NieR (2003-) and Final Fantasy (1987-) game series, and their art and guidebooks were a key source of inspiration.

The project also aimed to study the concept art processes used by Square Enix artists for the aforementioned games, create a cohesive book and game story, and gain experience in developing a guidebook. And also to explore some aspects of the Japanese gaming industry. The story follows Selene Glacian, a messenger of the Gods, as she battles magic-corrupted monsters and high-tech empires to rescue Valestra from darkness and fulfil a lost prophecy. The narrative connects unique environments and characters, showcasing multiple kingdoms with unique cultures and enemies, and features the ability to summon elemental deities, the “Ancients”.
